Dans les jours qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent une comp\u00e9tition, il est important de veiller \u00e0 : <\/p><ul><li><strong>Une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e<\/strong> : \u00e9viter les changements brusques et respecter la routine habituelle.<\/li><li><strong>Une hydratation constante<\/strong> : essentielle, surtout dans les p\u00e9riodes chauds ou pour les chevaux qui boivent peu. En \u00e9t\u00e9, apr\u00e8s l\u2019entra\u00eenement, un compl\u00e9ment \u00e9lectrolytique tel qu\u2019<em>Idrosal Power <\/em>peut \u00eatre utile pour compenser les sels min\u00e9raux perdus par la transpiration. <\/li><li><strong>La tonte en hiver<\/strong> : elle aide \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les refroidissements dus \u00e0 la sueur qui s\u00e8che sur le poil. Juste avant la comp\u00e9tition, il convient de : <\/p><ul><li><strong>Brosser soigneusement le pelage<\/strong> afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer poussi\u00e8re et sueur, tout en v\u00e9rifiant la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019irritations ou de petites blessures.
